Renters Insurance Required
All residents are required to carry a standard Renters Insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage for the duration of the lease. Proof of coverage must be uploaded to the RentManager Portal prior to key pickup.
Statutory Notice (Texas Property Code § 92.3515): Applications are evaluated on standard tenant selection criteria, which may include credit history (650+ score for standard approval; conditional terms may apply), gross household income (minimum 3x monthly rent), rental history, employment verification, criminal history, and the provision of accurate, complete application information. Failure to meet criteria or providing false information may result in application denial and forfeiture of non-refundable application fees. All applicants are evaluated equally under Fair Housing laws.
How long does the application take?
Processing times depend on third-party credit and criminal background screening, rental history verification, and prompt confirmation of income and employment. Applications are reviewed as quickly as possible once all required documentation is submitted.
